Helix cel fix 02-03 WRX

Bought it from Gruppe-s never used it cause I had an o2 extension welded on my downpipe instead.

It's an electrical resistor with 2 wires coming off each end and you spice it into the wires leading to your rear o2 sensor. Pretty much you remove your rear o2, open up the white shielding on the wires, cut the blue & white wires and wire in the resistor between them. This prevents you from getting a P0420 cel by tricking the ecu into thinking the o2 sensor is operating at normal temp, when actually its much hotter because of no cats. I still have the instructions its really not hard. Just need soldering iron and electrical tape.
