has anyone bought a messed up wrx/sti that are pulling apart?

I need the piece that goes under the front fender, which is on top of the wheel..im not shure what its called but maybe someone can help me find one? i need one before winter so when it rains or gets wet the wires wont get damaged..thanks in advance!!

I believe its called a fender liner. For my 95 Impreza L I found one for under $3:

yes thats what its called!!!!a splash guard or a fender liner!!!thanks but i still cant find one..

Fender liners are around $35 from Carlsen or Santa Cruz (take your chances at Stevens Creek if you want ). I've been through several. Maybe they were even cheaper - I don't remember. Easy to call and ask though.
