06-07 WRX crosspipes are different from 02-05 WRX/08+ WRX/04+ STi, but I don't know that it matters if you were replacing the whole shebang (collectors, manifold and up-pipe) since all full-length headers fit all 02+ WRX and 04+ STi with the 2.5L oil pan.

True. Kind of like the strut fitment on the wrx I guess. Any complete will drop right in but mix and match is no go without proper spacers and shizz.
