what are the specifications on it? like sizing and stuff? I'm interested only if it fits my e30...i also don't know the size of my e30 steering wheel lol.

I dunno what kinda specs you're looking for other than size. It has a diameter of 14 1/2" and have no idea if it would slide right onto any other car than an impreza to be honest.
