I have two new Simpson harnesses, and 6 of the floor mount eyelets.
L&L 55" Seat Belt Pull Down Bolt-In: Simpson Race Products
Simpson Seatbelts and Hardware

Can be re certified by Simpson, Haven't seen if they are actually out of date.

$200 for everything.

Went and took a look at them again. The three lap belt parts are the clip-in style like I posted, the shoulder straps are for a bar.
