Responsible for sanding, masking and painting vehicles; mixing and matching paint products; participating in preparing paint damage estimates; cleaning maintaining painting equipment.
• Sand, mask and paint vehicles.
• Mix paint products; match and adjust colors using tint products.
• Clean and maintain painting tools, ventilation devices and other safety equipment to ensure maximum performance and performance and protection from harmful chemicals.
• Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Knowledge and Skill
• Thorough knowledge of painting procedures for vehicles.
• Knowledge of safe painting and paint product handling procedures.
• Ability to operate mechanical tools commonly used in painting.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to identify problems in auto refinishing and effectively determine a plan of resolution.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
