umm idk it might... i bought my Yakima rack off a guy on iclub last year. He had an RS and i have a wrx. We just had to adjust and pull the click out further on the rails that go across the roof, then it was able to fit into my window seals

So in this case you would have to move them in slightly?

just a thought

EDIT: Only difference of mine rack and yours, your rears hook up to your rear windows.. mine has an extra bar to clip into the front.. idk if that would make any difference in why mine worked on a wrx/rs and yours would or not...
