You realize most people WANT wingless right? $500 plus their trunk is a bit hefty of a request.

We'll see what kind of offers I get. But at the end of the day the STi trunk should be worth more, not sure why anyone would do a 1:1 swap.

 

You'd think a WRX trunk with a WRX wing would be worth more than a wingless trunk but the reality is there is no demand...

Supply and demand. Just because it's a piece off of a higher model means nothing.

One would think that the higher model would be more rare and thus have less supply.

Additionally, I happen to think that the STi trunk looks better myself and figured that would be common since the WRX hasn't exactly been subtle a subtle car in recent years.

For those who didn't even look at the picture, it's an 2011+ STi trunk. Not an 02-07 trunk. From what I have seen, the STi trunks are much more desirable. Not sure if it is $500 worth though. Just my .02.

 

 

That's simply not true. Go look through the trunk trade thread and look at the majority of wants. I saw that it was surprising that a lot of newer models wanted STi wings but LOOK.
