Updated with pics.. I couldn't remove the lug nut by hand tools. I guess I have to take them to shop and swap them

How much torque did you put on those lugs then? They should only be 85 foot pounds of torque, thats easily breakable with a breaker bar, or just stand on the ratchet.

I think the tire shop over torqued the lugs
