fs: vf40 turbo upgraded billet wheel
Fuly rebuilt vf40 turbo with upgraded billet wheel. Upgraded compressor housing which is why it doesnt say IHI. Looking to get $450 plus shipping or 450 picked up. PM me with questions and offers

Is this a similar wheel upgrade that BNR does, or was it an oem vf40 wheel replacement?
ie does this need a stg 3 tune, or will an LGT stage 0-2 tune work with this?
