this is everything that it comes with except stock mid pipe. only flaw is its got a small dent on the muffler , and on the downpipe, but it doesn't effect the performance.

it includes 4in catless dp tapered to full 3in cbe, includes the o2 sensor.

it retails for over $1000 for the whole thing...currently at txs website it retails for $1,096.00 + tax n shipping ur looking to pay over 1150 for the whole thing.
