That is more of a hands on answer, the best way to learn the proper techniques is to actually be taught and try it out in person. Words can only go so far when you are getting down to mixing the shisha tobacco to get the right consistency of of juice and tobacco, etc etc.

Short answer... Really fluffy shisha, foil with lots of small holes, and keep the coals on the edges and keep them moving. Live every couple of minutes move the coals to a different spot.

Wow what a cool piece! Dunno if i would smoke the tabacco, far rips of the brown stuff. Six hoses is real nice though..but I dont think i would like to share what i smoke with five other people...lol....Nice piece and free bump to yah hope you sell it ASAP!

Anyways, yea he looked at it and just couldnt justify having 6 hoses lol. I told him that you can cap it off, but we went to a smoke shop and just bought a single hose one today for him.
