This is the second half of the downpipe that normally has the third cat in it. This is a straight thru pipe.
It has stock heat shields on it and the 02 sensor bung, so it looks stock when installed.
It isn't a name brand type, it was shop fabricated.
It's the same thing that Prodrive offers for $160.
It's also called the center pipe by others.

It matches up with stock axle back and front half of the stock downpipe. I hope that answers you Q. Lemme know...

the reason i ask is cause i have a gutted mip pipe..

 

so yeah, basically the same thing you have, mine is just a clean pipe all the way through.
