Phone and Charger only a few scratches on the phone itself and the screen.. I only used it for like 1 month. I cannot activate the sidekick plan cause tmobile is gay.

Yea.. Im not just eligible to because i have the smart acess plan (for people with no credit) and Tmobile wont let me get the data plan until i have had my contract for a year with no late payments.. Im on my 4 month of a 2yr contract.

go cingular...i work for them...get you the CINGULAR 8125 plan... 39.99 PDA CONNECT + monthly minute rate...hella better than tmobile..the 8125 is off the hook too...windows operating system, WI FI, 1.3 megapixel camera, touch screen, full keyboard...you should look into it..
