Cool. Looks like I'll miss this one. Which one did you upgrade to? Also, how does the wiring harness wire into the stereo?

It's wiring harness goes into a actually connector and its all plug and play. No mess

Is the connector in the stock head unit? I have an after market unit.

Thanks for doing that. Is your aftermarket unit supposed to hook up the same way? Which aftermarket unit are you getting?

I believe it hooked up the same way. I don't recall having to splice anything. I have a Sony MEX-BT5700U.
