Hi, I think it would, but I'm not sure... The reason why I believe that it will is because I know for a fact that the intake manifold from the JDM 2.0 EJ20 will fit on the USDM STi motor. Therefore, the opposite should be true as well.

 

i dunno about that, the 2005 STI is drive by wire, if you car is NOT drive by wire (i.e. you have throttle cables still attached to your alternator cover) then forget it.

 

In the worst case, couldn't you just swap out the drive by wire STi throttle body for your cable operated WRX throttle body?

 

I'd also like to point out that the JDM STi also has a cable actuated throttle body. So if you use your WRX throttle body, I think there is a high likelihood that this swap will work.

If you are really concerned, I bet you could just search for someone who has done this before; I bet there are plenty.

 

Eh, I think your right acutally, sorry, hope it didn't keep people from a sale. If you swap TB's, you should be aok, was thinking TB was not swapable. Bump for you.

 

The JDM STI V8 manifold w/cable TB can bolt to either USDM EJ20 or 25, but ppl who did that had also swapped the fuel rail being top feeded as well. USDM WRX TB can't swap on USDM STI(DBW) because the bolt patterns are different. If you like the red STI manifold for your EJ20 WRX, you MUST either get a V7 two piece JDM one or V8 Spec C one piece w/V8 JDM fuel rail too.

Will it fit 06-07 wrx ??

 

Sugo571 - I am pretty sure it will fit any 02-07 WRX. However, I am NOT sure if you will need any other parts to go with it. You might want to do some research before buying. Thanks!
