I'm putting up for sale my CGM 2005 STi. It is stage 2 w/ 87k miles and counting as this is my DD. Mod list is as follows

The car does have minor scrapes from the prior owner hitting an unknown object. I was also hit in a parking lot causing a pair of small marks on the driver side quarter panel.

Carfax is in hand. The car runs strong and has no CELs. It handles great and has enough power for nearly anybody. I'm selling it because it's time for me to transition to something that is a little more comfortable and refined. I'm asking $17,500 which is less than the Kelley blue book given the imperfections in the paint.
