is this the front bumper? and what does it mean when you say pre-cut? is this an OEM part?

I need to replace the front bumper on my wagon, let me know if you have what i am looking for.

Yes, obviously it wold be the front bumper lol. It came off my 2005 WRX so it is absolutely an OEM Subaru unit. It's had the black inner portion trimmed to fit a fmic, hence the pre-cut title. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Pics of both and how loud is the magnaflow?

 

I'll be posting pictures of everything soon. The Magnaflow sounds very nice. Not too loud at all, unless you really get on the gas. That was with my catless stage 2 setup as well.
