KDs run a bit wide, so there's a good chance it would rub on a 99 L, if you aren't running at least 1 degree of camber. It's pretty close though, so at most you'd only have to remove the rubber strip on the fender lip and *maybe* tuck the lip just a little. I ran 225s on my RS (same rear fender clearance) without an issue on P1s. I also have a lot of camber though.
