My girlfriend and I upgraded to the i870 but I decided to go back to my i860 due to my rough work area and dont want to damage a very expensive phone. Both phones were legally purchased and comes with all accesories and original sim card. These are not stolen and can be activated with no problem.

remember the prices on nextel.com requires you to sign another 2 year contract. this is an alternative way to get the latest phone without another 2 year contract.
