How often do you make it down to San Francisco?
And I guess I should've asked this sooner but will it fit on my o2 wrx wagon? and do I need a tune or EM for this to work without CEL's? Or can this just be like a plug 'n play type of thing?

it should fit any wrx/sti. ultimately you would want to get a tune but its not going to throw it off so much that you HAVE to tune it.
