dont know exactly what the jr sized rider means ( igot that description off a site.) but im about 5'7"/5'8" and it fit me fine.

jr size just means its not a 'pro' size frame. a pro size is usually something like over 21-22 inch top tube. so jr size is something around 20 inch top tube and under.
