Yea they already have an offer so Im going to make a backup offer on the house.

Here are a few pictures of the DP, when I got it I removed the black paint so no it is just the stainless finish. The one tab the bolts to the trans came off, I guess thats common on these downpipes caused my vibrations and won't affect anything

This will fit on an 02 wrx right? Would it match up with a perrin exhaut or sti exhaust? thanks.

Yes it will fit a 02 wrx, it has a 3" flat flange, but I have a brand new adaptor I will include for another $30 that will allow it to bolt to a stock or any other 2.5 dounut flange exhaust. It will probably work without the adaptor though

Why did you remove the paint? It looks like it was Thermal Coating.

It was just high temp black spray paint
