but honestly unless you plan on a turbo upgrade I don't think it is necessary. I bought this one when I knew less than I know now, and in retrospect it was a waste of money for me.

perfect, thanks fatal, just wanted to make sure it was at least decent enough to support a VF. I was thinking the same thing. I'll probably only run 18psi

I would have very Easily run a 20g xtr with this top mount, but I went dom3 xtr and choose to go front mount for safety.
Not being defensive just wondering why you would say not better. This tmic is larger more cooling area hence better. It is a very well constructed part. Please illuminate me as to why an sti tmic is better.

It's not a matter size > *. The internal design plays a strong role as well, and the knock off cores are well known to have low internal fin density.

While this may give them great peak flow numbers, it hurts them when it comes to cooling efficiency. If you want to see this put into testing:
