Don't know of any carb stickers on it, but this is traight from the k&n website
"2006 SUBARU IMPREZA WRX 2.5L H4 F/I - All Street Legal In All US States: Yes
CARB EO Number: D-269-32"
Apparently you can get the sticker from K&N or just print that number on a label and stick it on there.
