I am not sure why a business card holder is needed in a vehicle? The extended armrest has one too

For those times when you REALLY need a business card...

We call it business card holder, but in Japan, they use it as a parking card, permit, ticket, what ever you call it holder.

Yeah, I figured it was for holding some kind of official documents or something.
