The turbo has a hairline crack that is barely visible. Most people I show can't even see it.
It ran 19psi up to the day I took it off. It needs a oil drain line and some donor studs. The turbo is priced to reflect this and to move.

Saw this turbo yesterday and it looked brand new, guess you have to look real hard for the cracked exhaust housing.
