Yeah, fits the 06 sti...you'd buy the same thing from ralleysport that I bought. it does say "Does not clear on vehicles with optional Subaru skid-plate"

It's not loud on my car, But i have all my cats and no other mods. it's california legal so it's exactly at the limit of loudness (like 95 or 97 decibles at 3000 RPM). HKS is still noticeable as you rev the from 3000 to the limit. My other exhaust (SPT) makes most of it's noise in the low RPM then goes quiet by about 3500.
