FS:HKS dp with cop diffuser :)
I have an HKS dp with a heat shield welded around the bottom near the flange to that bolts up to the cat-back exhaust so if cops look, "there is a cat there!!" and that = no state ref 
$60 takes it. it also has an o2 sensor attached.
