I also have a HKS carbon ti for $450 plus your stock catback *slight curb rash on bottom of canister can't tell when installed* In good working condition.

Willing to sell BOTH for $640 plus your stock parts. everything is in good working condition. Anyone who is looking for a turboback look no further. Get a great sounding turboback for cheap.

Selling becuase I need the money. No reasonable offer ignored.
is the downpipe catted, or does it stop at the stock cat?

its a catless downpipe. it get rids of the two cats in your stock downpipe. it ends at where your stock catback starts.

i don't remeber having to take off two pipes to install an aftermarket downpipe. I thought it was just all one pipe with two cats.

haha. Even though it really doesn't matter, the stock exhaust only has one cat in the downpipe and one cat in the mid section. When installing an aftermarket downpipe you just remove the stock downpipe and mid section as a whole piece since the helix (aftermarket downpipe) replaces both pieces.
