one elbow is coated one isnt because i had to replace it due to it being cracked

Torque. I believe it's a better route to get stock manny pnp'd over a cheap set of elh or uel due to leaks developing overtime from heat stress. There's minimal gain going from a pnp stock manifold compared to an aftermarket uel with the added bonus of less headaches from leaks. If going aftermarket I'd go ELH for the low end torque and better flow.
Power wise between the two is a good amount of bottom end torque from uel and better spool. People argue about the boxer rumble. If uel is so great why doesn't Porsche run uel? Just my $.02

These have been ran on my car for 4yrs. About 45k. thats the reason i bought them though longevity, no worries about cracks... one elbow did crack as stated in OP but that was because i used the elbow on driver side go jack up the motor when i was doin the motor mounts
