FS/FT: MagnaFlow Ti Catback

Hi All,

I have a magnaflow ti catback for sale + gasket:

$800 or will trade for USDM Fujitsubo RM01a

Condition is very good, not excellent because there are some scratches and a scrape on the resonator. All cosmetic.

Pick-up only, in Fremont.

It's currently on the car right now, will remove anytime if ready to trade/buy.

Thanks for looking.

Morning bump..

I doubt anyone would pay $800 for this, sorry if it's an insult to anyone out there. I actually want to do the trade. If anyone has any offers, let me know, doesn't hurt to ask.

So why are you asking $800 if you know no one will pay it? Trying to take advantage of a n00b?

If someone is willing to pay that much, it's fair right? Same thing as if I were to let it go for $200, that would be stupid though.

Most people will negotiate down when doing deals. The $800 is just a starting point.

OK so you basically just told whoever is a potential buyer that you don't intend on getting $800 for it (which you never will). Trying to take advantage of someone deliberately in your first 20 posts is probably the WORST possible thing you can do on this site. Enjoy your stay.

How exactly am I taking advantage? This is a $900 exhaust, some places have it on sale for $750, but probably not even stocked. This is the same exhaust as the JIC titanium which goes for $1000+.

Like I said before, I am more interested in the trade than the cash. I would let it go if someone offered enough, but I'm not even sure what I would want so I set the start at $800.

And what's with your attitude, do you go around pointing out vendors who sell $50 above another on the same product too? Are they taking advantage? Coz that's been happening alot lately. I dont want to spoil anyone's business so I wont list names.

Nope I don't do that at all but you said it is scraped up and scratched does that justify only $100 off of an already used exhaust. I'm not going to argue with you. Just see how much you sell the exhaust for and that'll prove my point.

Haha, I cant deny facts. If one were to shop around, they might find some with sales for $700 or better.. as i said before, I wanted to trade for a USDM RM01A, but would sell if someone offered enough.

Either way, I dont think I took advantage of anyone, I even stated that it can be bought for less than what my initial asking is. Also stated that I would consider offers if someone was interested.

I dont wanna turn this into a pissing contest though, like I said before, sorry if it was an insult to anyone.

No copying my fujitsubo setup man.

I was looking at that magnaflow exhaust before. Is it too loud or something?

It's loud, but some people like the level of loudness. I'm slowly getting used to it, but I prefer the sound of the rm01.
