Who tuned this? & is that 75,000 on the motor or the chassis?

 

One of my friends that is a Certified Subaru Tech that does open ecu mods on the side. And the 75k is on the motor. The chasis is almost 85k or so. I dont know for sure because my wrx motor had 30k on it and the new motor had 40k

 

I'll pass this on to my friend, she's looking for a Subaru, but I dunno if she wants this year or not
