FS: 09 STI short block (low compression), SOLD!
Hi,
I have a short block from my STI with blown #4 (ringland or piston). Compression on #4 was 20psi down compared to 1-2-3 (~140-140-140-120). Leakdown on #4 was around 25%... Car was running great with no smoke from anywhere (weird but that's typical for STIs). I decided to do a rebuilt with a new SB and not to wait when the stock one will fail. So, now I have a stock block on my hands that can be a good source for crank, core, rods and etc. (~34k miles on it) for a rebuild. Just wanted to check if anyone is interested.
SOLD!
