I haven't compared them side by side, but IIRC the JDM one is wider, but the APS one is deeper. The APS one is pretty close to the stock WRX one in terms of length and width but is thicker.

Kind of hard to measure as it isn't a well defined shape. That's why I took the measurements of the core. Let me know how you want me to measure it.
