it certainly is, but it still a low class move when you have agreed to a deal with some one prior.

I PMed him immediately after he posted and even offered to run to the bank and pick it up the same day.

He said he needed to wait to pick up his new rims before he could take off his BB, so we agreed on friday. I even gave him my phone number and arranged a time for me to come by. Whatsmore he could see from my trader rating that I was a serious trader, not a "dibs" guy.

The thing is, if he had just PM'ed me and said "hey, it looks like I set my initial price is kinda low cause I'm getting a ton of offers, so I'll need to cancel the deal..." I would've been cool with it and perhaps offered something higher.

But whatever...like you said, it's a dog eat dog world, and credibility and respect means nothing anymore nowadays.

i can definitely understand that also... i offered to buy and pick up the rims also, but somewhere along the line there was a conflict of interest and this is what happened.. i kinda saw it coming.. no 1 else did tho i guess judging by the responses
