It's beat up... but if you need a bumper for rally-X, race days, etc, and not have to worry about getting chips on your good bumper... this is the way to go. It's in good shape, but the paint isnt the best...

Well, some lady backed into me going like 2mph... nothing really happened to the bumper, but it put little hairline cracks in the paint... If you're gonna repaint it, the bumper is perfect for that... but as is, it's good for a spare bumper.
