FS: Brembo Gt, Volk(price reduced), APS

I've got a set of Brembo GT brakes (calipers, rotors, pads) with only about 1000 miles on the setup. Great in every way, except that brake fluid got onto the back area of the calipers when they were taken off, which caused the paint to bubble. See pics. SOLD!

Set of Volk Ce28 Mercury silver rims, 18x8.5, +44, 5x100, barely used, about 1000 miles. Would rather sell locally! SOLD!

APS Turbo inlet pipe kit. Complete, never installed. $250 Pending

he thinks youre referring to the sti stock brembos. for reference to the op, the gran turismo kit is the same as the stock sti setup, but has slotted or cross drilled rotors. all else equal...so the difference is the rotors. either way, dynamic is right, you can get these new for your asking price. fwiw, i sold my set for 850. and the asking price was never 2300. maybe at the dealer...

I actually got them about a year ago from someone off of nasioc, and the seller told me that other than the rotors, the actual pistons were bigger and the valving was more aggressive. When I bolted them to the car, they didn't need a bracket like sti takeoffs do. They are 5x100.

sti takeoffs dont require brackets. mine were takeoffs from a jdm car, they are exact same spec. as far as the pistons being larger and valving being more agressive...i dont think so, it sounds like someone fed you some bs. these are standard sti brakes.
