Would probably have to check with Perrin if you have the part number or purchase receipt. I'm interested, I have a red one but want to go all black with my turbo inlet and intercooler piping. I'm in Natomas, if you don't mind could you PM me your info?

wire or not, these are great units and won't collapse unless you run ridiculous boost.
if anyone is concerned about it, you can put a few large ring clamps around it. you don't even have to tighten them enough to compress the silicone. that will keep the unit from collapsing at massive psi. the perrin unit is of great quality.
