The piece that I had has been sold, but if you are still looking let me know since I have a friend that has some of this too that he might be parting with.
I can take a pick of the unused stuff if requested, but here it is installed on the A-Pillar, defroster vent and top of the door card.

It has been an ongoing project. The A-pillars took maybe 30 minutes each. The tops of the door cards took about an hour each, just because I was paranoid about messing up the blue perf that was already in the "normal" location and the defroster piece was probably an hour.

I used the same stuff on my headliner, but I also have Dynamat Extreme and 1/2" Dynaliner on the roof and it seemed to reduce interior temps, and it is doing fine.
One thing that learned from Alex at JPM Coachworks is that you really want to let the adhesive "cure" before you start and what I didn't account for in my time estimates above is that waiting. At a bare minimum I'd let it sit for 30 minutes (he lets some pieces "cure" all day!) and I also use steam to help with curves.

I did the headliner, rear deck, center console and lots of other pieces with perf'd Alcantara I got from a guy on that other Subaru forum. He purchased ~20 yards to do his wagon rear seats to match his STi fronts and sell to other members.
The arm rest was done by Alex at JPM Coachworks. I also had him add padding at the same time.
