The car has a little over 10000 miles on it, runs perfect. Has some aftermarket bits on it. I'll go over the car more next week when I've got some time. Has a wingless trunk on it, which is a nice plus.
It needs work.
seriously. Got whacked on the passenger side. I've already found one door for it. Still needs these parts:
Front passenger door
Passenger front seat
Also needs a good body shop to repair the "B" Pillar. If you know someone you could have this back together for about $2000.
I'll take some pictures of the car and get them up soon. If you're interested and local then feel free to come by and see it.

who knows... I've paid for one door already. This is a good project for someone with the skills or someone who wants a cheap WRX with low miles.
Is the frame straight "downstairs" and all that -- i.e. just upper bodywork that needs the attention?
(The wife will kill me, but I wonder about this for a lightweight jobbie and just rip out seats etc..)

It's over in Oakland at Bay Bridge Motors if anyone wants to go see it. Give them a call first to let them know you're coming. I drove it over there yesterday.
