So the hole on that piece is too small to go all the way down on the strut, it stops about half way which doesn't leave enough thread so it clunks. We moved the front piece to the rear and it worked (the hole is bigger in the front even though the strut is the same size). So someone in Germany right now is probably getting a beating for putting this suspension together wrong.

Seriously!! I racked my brain trying to figure out WTF was wrong with these things...easy fix just need to machine the rear holes bigger and someone will have a sick setup!
