Car Info: Not a WRX any more . . .
FS: bike rack, tire chains, maybe some other stuff
I'll be selling the WRX in a few weeks, for now I thought I'd offer up the stuff that's sitting around in the garage that won't really add any value to the car when I sell it. All parts were for my 2004 WRX Wagon.
I have an assembled OEM bike rack for 2 bikes, to be mounted on the roof rack. It's used but works fine -- we've taken our bikes to Yosemite with it. I'd take $80 for it.
I have 1 good crossbar for the roof rack, $40 or best offer. If you want I'll throw in the second one for free, but it got twisted up when the garage door stopped at roof rack level (just above what I could see in rear view mirror) and caught an antenna mount I had on that bar, and gave the bar a good twist (not the kind of load they are designed to take). I have no idea if it's any good for anything anymore. (Note the bike rack wasn't on when that happened!)
I have two sets of SCC Z-Chains size Z-547 (for 205/55-16 size tires but they probably fit other sizes, you can check the web site). Two sets as in enough for all 4 tires, although the manual says to only put them on 2. I've never used them -- I've been in the Sierras when they had chain requirements, and to get through you're supposed to be carrying chains, but they've never made me chain up. With shipping I paid $115 for each set, so how about $80 for each set, $150 if you want both.
I'll add more stuff if I come across it. (And if you think that in a few weeks you'll be in the market for a 2004 WRB WRX that's never been modded, let me know.)
Email is probably better than PMs.
