it sounds mean but quiet, which is what I really love about it. Unfortunately now w/ an upgraded turbo it's time to go to a bigger unit. Damn stealthy though, I have a feeling I'm gonna start getting pulled over in a few weeks

My car is an '03, I got it when I had 1500 miles and now I have 15,000 miles.

I'm in South and east bay. Uh if there's still a concord meet I can see you there. As to hp gain I would say yes but I honestly can't give you a scientific answer, reason is because I went full catless at the same time so no before/after w/ just the exhaust.

Yes. Dynomax is like magnaflow, they are a company that made exhausts for American V8 cars that decided to break into the import segment, so go figure.

IMHO It sounds like a cammed LS1 at idle and around town. Of course you can tell it's not a V8, but it has the same note and pulsed sounds. Of course, I am catless so if you have cats I cannot give you the accurate sound.

Also IMHO no company makes a "ricey" exhaust for the WRX; that or I just haven't heard a wrx with one.

hey guys I'm closing this thread and posting a new one, and giving it away for free. I pulled it off; it's actually 2" piping so although I had the muffler custom welded for 200, I don't feel good charging anything for it. Call me for pickup (925)-548-4331

Thanks,
Ambert
