dont know if i read saw it on the site you provided, but can this be fully recirculated?

 

you can by tightening the adjustment screw on the top, but even when the secondary port is opened most of the air is fully recirculated anyways through the primary port. I never had any of the drivability issues associated with VTA BOV's with this one.
