does that work with all AiNet alpine decks?

is installation complicated, or does it just hook up to the AiNet cable?

I know it works with all Alpine "Ipod Ready' decks, I'm not sure if they have AiNet decks w/o ipod.

Installation is really easy, just plug in your ipod on one end, and plug the other end into the back of the deck. I can install it if you need me to.

I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Car Info: always changing...
I hooked mine up to a first gen AiNet head unit and it works just fine. Some of the controls are a bit different from the ones listed in the manual but I've had no problems with it.

$50 is a deal, do it... I bought mine new 2 months ago

I also have one that works fine but my girlfriend doesn't want an Alpine deck so I use it when she and I drive to redding every couple months.

Install is easy, you just plug in the wire to the AiNet plug on the back of your Alpine deck, and the other end to your iPod.
It charges your ipod too.

If someone snatches this one up, PM me about mine cause the lady doesn't want it.

haha not quite.

i've done alarms, amps, and gauges....I know how to wire.

I just don't wanna take my dash apart and since I have an AiNet cable running to my glovebox it would be simple

I won't be driving to UCKK. To Far for me, I'm in south San Jose. If you don't want to pick it up Zoeb, let me know, I have other people interested, but you were first.

I just want to make sure it will work before commiting, but it looks like it will.

The blue wire u have pictured is the one that goes in the back of the deck right...the AiNet cable.

Where does the other end of the blue cable go, to that control unit, silver thing?...then a black wire from that to the iPod?

If its that case i'll commit to it.

Blue goes from from deck to sliver box, then black goes from box to ipod.
Heres the owners manual. http://www.alpine-usa.com/images/pro...CA-420i_om.pdf

Check it out and let me know
