FS: 6-spd w/ Exedy Twin Plate Clutch

I have for sale a used 6-spd (New Zealand) tranny w/ apprx less than 10k miles. This tranny utlitizes your stock WRX Rear Diff (the final drive is still a 3.9 but it does not need a R160 or R180 Rear diff with this tranny). Just like your stock WRX tranny this 6-spd has the reduction gear in it as well. This tranny also has a suretrack Front LSD.

This setup comes with:

-NZ 6-spd tranny with less than 10K miles on it
-Used Exedy Twin Plate Clutch w/ apprx 50 miles on it
-Tranny Mount
-6-spd driveshaft
-USDM Shifter and Linkage.

clutch specifics: http://www.rallysportdirect.com/shop...tch-p-590.html

Price = SOLD

This will bolt right up yes, but you will need a stock WRX rear diff to go with the tranny.

Let me know if still interested

So the NZ tranny will work with a wrx but the USDM doesn't?

That is correct.

The NZ tranny has a reduction gear in it; just like a stock WRX tranny.

The USDM 6-spd does not have that reduction and requires either a 3.90 R180 (if your running Brembos), or a 3.90 R160 (Non Brembo Setup).

Hey Noah,

I assume this has DCCD? I think I may look towards a non-dccd 6spd as a replacement on my current 5spd when I up the power because I doubt my current transmission can handle 260-300whp worth of stress at 133k orig. miles on it lol.
