Before the motor was built.
I bought the car from another member here, and inherited their project.

The cylinder wall clearances were too large and oil started pushing past the pistons, so I started over with a new motor. Now I want to buy a house and need the money so someone else can finish this project. It doesn't need anything, but I was going to slap some Ohlins in it and a few other minor tweaks and then it was done.

 

oops, i meant to say 'where' was it done.. FLI's machine shop as well? Looking for a shop to recirc mine also

Ahh, A1A up in Santa Rosa I think was the name of the place, it's right off Santa Rosa Ave. I was happy with the work they did, they plumbed it back in down past the bend as I asked, and the angle back into the downpipe was good as well. They did it for a good price too.

Anyone interested be aware, I'm moving to LA in 2.5 weeks, and if the car doesn't sell by then, it's coming with me.
