I'm running STi BBS's right now and I can feel a difference from a 1/2 inch of width from 8 to 7.5. Not trying to be biased in this case but going from 7 to 8 you will feel the difference.

im interested but im a little lost lol i see the bend but u said there is a gash in the tire? so if the tire is changed is there a slow leak out of the bend?
