You are supposed to take the pick with the head on the penny pointing IN That's a lot of tread left on those though. GLWS.

haha thanks for that! There is a ton of tread though either way.

Also, I have some numbers I forgot to tell you about before..

rims are 17x7 5x100 offset 48, tires are stock, 205/50/17

While it is true that the tire helps protect, curbing has nothing to do with the tire itself. Need to tighten the nut behind the wheel

Just like the sign at one of the gun shops I go to: "...do pencils make spelling errors?"

I made a uturn in the same place I had been in an 09 Forester. The turning radius is greater on the new Impreza apparently. So I barely touched the curb. Some tires have a lip that overlaps the rim that protects it. The DWS's do, a plus when they were going on my wife's car.
